2. What Data We Collect

Depending on the app, we may collect the following data from your Shopify store:

• Store information — shop domain, plan, currency, timezone, and primary locale.
• Product & order data — only when required for the app's core functionality (e.g. syncing orders, displaying products).
• Customer data — name, email address, and order history, only when explicitly required by the app's features and disclosed during installation.
• App usage data — anonymous analytics such as feature usage and error logs to help us improve the app.

We do not collect data that is not necessary for the app to function.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the app's features.
• Diagnose and fix technical issues.
• Improve performance and user experience.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your store's customer data for marketing purposes.

We retain data for as long as the app is installed on your store. When you uninstall an app, we delete your store's data within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Our apps may use trusted third-party services to operate (e.g. cloud infrastructure, error monitoring). These services process data strictly on our behalf and are bound by data processing agreements. We do not share your data with third parties for their own purposes.

6. Shopify's Role
